Some spreads from a book I made for Vaughan Oliver. I designed the book to look like his deigns. I printed out the entire book with a different layout then hand painted each one and scanned it in again to do the new layout.

I wanted to emulated Oliver’s work and picked the blue because it that color was in one of my favorite posters he had done. I used a to- tal of four different fonts as well, newer shape based fonts were shown

on the top and an older, script font was underneath (and mostly cov- ered) which was done to emulated that same blue poster.
